The company, Foodco Global Machinery, manufactures and markets high-technology equipment and systems for the meat and fish processing industry.

Foodco’s experience and knowledge are extensive with a wide product range, including smoking units, climatized ripening units, high-temperature roasting, pasteurization equipment, intensive cooling, brine systems, as well as control systems and cleaning equipment. All of which can be integrated into complete continuous lines or installed as stand-alone systems.

Control Systems

Various control systems are available for the use of Foodco’s plants, depending on the operator’s requirements. The MAX 500, MAX 1000, FP07, Minimat, Rokomat are microprocessor controlled units designed for the control and regulation of very complex process sequences in cooking, baking and smoking chambers, intensive-cooling plants, and air-conditioned store. There is also a PLC-based system available.

iMAX 500 & iMAX 1000

iMAX is the family of industrial computers intended for operation in harsh environmental conditions, and most of all in places where operator panel is exposed to water and strong washing agents influence.
The iMAX 500, iMAX 1000, are all available microprocessor controlled units designed for the control and regulation of very complex process sequences.

Continuous lines

We know that there is a special answer to each situation, and that is why our process systems for continuous production are manufactured and adapted to the required output and production process. From loading station – heating – cooling – to unloading and transporting to the packaging area.

THE FCCC

Thermal process systems for continuous production are manufactured and adapted to the required output and production process. There is a special answer to each situation, e.g. for the production of sausages where the plant can be subdivided into several zones of treatment, such as drying, smoking, cooking, cold showering and cooling.
There can be installations to handle ready meal production. From loading station – heating – cooling – to unloading and transporting to the packing area.

Foodco Products - Smoking Plants

Smoking - Intensive cooling plants

Fresh air, steam and smoke are mixed and temperature regulated in the plenum chamber before circulation. The central air blending system, together with ingenious air distribution, ensures the highest uniformity of treatment of the products, even when the plants are charged with varying loads.

HOT SMOKING

The hot smoking plants by Foodco are the ideal solution for drying, smoking, and cooking meat and fish products in the temperature range from 30oC to 180oC. All hot smokehouses are fully equipped for drying, smoking, cooking, frying, and intensive cooling.

COLD SMOKING

All parts of the Foodco cold smoking and air-conditioning equipment in contact with air, smoke and moisture, are made of stainless steel – meeting the highest demands on hygiene and gas tightness – even after years of operation.

INTENSIVE COOLING

The Intensive Cooling Plants increase the quality of cooked and hot-smoked products by rapid, energy-saving cooling. Special advantages for intensive cooling are longer shelf life for the product and practically no weight loss due to evaporation during the cooling process.

Defrosing

The defrosting process is carefully controlled by temperature and time intervals with stages adapted to the individual requirements of the respective product being processed and the required temperature after thawing. Our installations can be built according to the customer’s needs and manufactured to fit in an already existing room.

Foodco Products - Loader and Unloader

Loader & Unloader

Loading and unloading of trolleys are applicable for very heavy tasks in the food production industry. The loader and unloader are used for loading or unloading of heavily loaded trolleys before or after defrosting. Operated with electro-hydraulically technique or other.

SWING LOADER DFUN-09

The DFUN 09 swing loader for trolleys is applicable for very heavy tasks in the food industry. The swing loader is equipped with a transport belt to discharge product from the swing loader to connecting equipment.

LOADER LOF-09

Foodco’s automatic block stacker, LOADER LOF-09, is intended to load defrost trolleys or other loads with heavy products. Products are loaded manually onto the machine table, and the machine transfers the products to the trolley. The machine can be built and adapted to all kinds of trolleys and a number of shelves.

UNLOAD TROLLEY SYSTEM UNF-09

The unload trolley systems UNF-09 is built to unload products from defrosting trolleys or other. All automatically from every level on each trolley.

Foodco Products - Fryer / Frying

Fryer

The Foodco fryer is suitable for continuous frying of all types of products such as chicken, meat, vegetables and fish – in many different shapes and forms. Coated or non-coated products can be handled depending on the design of the fryer and the process can be done with oil or radiant heat. Product lines can be built with a continuous flow or with batches with products on trolleys.

E400 FRYER

The frying plant E400 is a one trolley batch unit built for frying meat, poultry and pasties with a minimum waste of the product without compromising the product’s quality. Each layer of the trolley have their heating elements to ensure that all levels of the trolley are treated the same.

E800 FRYER

Functions as fryer above, but with a special trolley because of the transport system. E800 is built with a transport system and is a transit unit. The unit handles two trolleys in each process cycle.

OIL FRYING MACHINE TYPE B42 - B86

This Foodco fryer is suitable for continuous frying of different kinds of products like chicken, meat, vegetables and fish in various types of forms and shapes. Products can be flash-fried as well as fully fried. Coated as well as non-coated products can be handled depending on the design of the fryer.

Foodco Products - Hot Air Fryer

Hot Air Fryer

Foodco’s Continuous Cook/Flash Roasting tunnel is automatically measuring the working length depending on the process of transferring the products through the cook/flash roasting unit and the cook/roasting (temperature range 100-290oC). The cook/roasting time appr. 5 to 60 minutes depending on load and belt speed. Electrically heated elements together with individual fans along the centre line of the tunnel will distribute energy to give a uniform roasted product.
