Conti Ready Meal 

Heat treatment of ready meal boxes with 80 degree recycling water. Cooling after heating to the desired temperature with recirculating 2 grC cooling water. Each media with buffer tank and separate heat exchanger. The line consists of ranking of products before and adapted to different product forms and processing times. Products can be discarded before heat treatment to optimize product appearance. After cooling, the product is transported to a cold room.
